Yleistä
S Rajala Art tekee taideteoksia tilauksesta täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille ja yrityksille suurimpaan osaan maailman maista. Nämä ehdot soveltuvat tilausteoksen teettämiseen. Voimme muuttaa ehtoja yksipuolisesti aika ajoin, joten tutustuthan ehtoihimme uudelleen jokaisen tilauksen yhteydessä.
Hinnat sisältävät voimassa olevan Suomen arvonlisäveron, ellei muuten ole ilmoitettu.
Teoksen suunnittelu
S Rajala Art ja tilaaja sopivat yhdessä teoksen koon, siihen sisältyvät elementit ja käytettävät referenssikuvat sekä projektin aikataulun.
S Rajala Art pidättää oikeuden kieltäytyä tilauksesta mm. taiteellisista tai aikataulusyistä tai mikäli referenssikuva/-kuvat rikkovat lakia, hyvää makua tai jonkin kolmannen osapuolen tekijänoikeuksia.
Tilaaminen
Suunnittelun jälkeen S Rajala Art lähettää tilaajalle tilausvahvistuksen sekä laskun tilausteoksen ennakkomaksusta. Ennakkomaksu on 40 % tilausteoksen kokonaishinnasta. S Rajala Art pidättää oikeuden purkaa tilaus ilman erillistä ilmoitusta, mikäli ennakkomaksua ei ole maksettu eräpäivään mennessä.
Teoksen valmistuminen
Tilausteoksen valmistuttua S Rajala Art lähettää tilaajalle valokuvan teoksesta sähköpostilla. Tilaaja voi hyväksyä valmiin teoksen sellaisenaan tai pyytää kohtuullisia muutoksia.
Teoksen valmistumisen jälkeen S Rajala Art lähettää tilaajalle laskun, joka sisältää loppuerän teoksen hinnasta (60 %) sekä mahdolliset toimituskulut. Toimituskulujen suuruus riippuu teoksen koosta ja toimitusosoitteesta.
Toimitus
Teos toimitetaan tilaajalle sen jälkeen, kun teos ja mahdolliset toimituskulut on maksettu kokonaisuudessaan. Tilausteoksen voi noutaa erikseen sovitusti Ylöjärveltä tai se toimitetaan Postin yms. välityksellä. Toimitamme tilauksesi parhaaksi näkemällämme tavalla. Arvioitu toimitusaika Euroopassa on 3-10 työpäivää ja muualla 8-16 työpäivää.
Emme vastaa meistä johtumattomista toimitusviiveistä tai -vahingoista.
Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot
Tilausteoksella ei ole palautusoikeutta.
Tilauksen voi peruuttaa milloin vain sähköpostilla. Tällöin työ teoksen eteen loppuu välittömästi eikä sillä hetkellä avoimia laskuja tarvitse maksaa. Jo maksettuja eriä ei palauteta tilaajalle (esim. ennakkomaksu). Teos jää S Rajala Artin haltuun.
Tekijänoikeudet
Tilausteoksen tekijänoikeudet säilyvät taiteilijalla.
Referensseinä käytettävien kuvien tekijänoikeudet säilyvät kunkin kuvan kuvaajalla.
Terms and Conditions for a Commissioned Artwork
General
S Rajala Art makes commissioned for artworks for adult private individuals and companies in most countries around the world. These terms and conditions apply to commissioned artworks. We may unilaterally change the terms and conditions from time to time, so please review our terms and conditions with each order.
Prices include the current Finnish VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Design of the artwork
S Rajala Art and the client agree together on the size of the artwork, the elements it contains and the reference images to be used, as well as the project schedule.
S Rajala Art reserves the right to refuse the order, for example for artistic or schedule reasons or if the reference image(s) violates the law, good taste or the copyrights of a third party.
Ordering
After designing, S Rajala Art will send the client an invoice for the advance payment for the commissioned artwork. The advance payment is 40% of the total price of the commissioned artwork. S Rajala Art reserves the right to cancel the order without separate notice if the advance payment has not been paid by the due date.
Completion of the artwork
After the commissioned artwork is completed, S Rajala Art will send the client a photograph of the artwork by email. The client can accept the finished work as is or request reasonable changes.
After the work is completed, S Rajala Art will send the client an invoice that includes the remaining amount of the artwork’s price (60%) and possible shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs is dependent on the size of the artwork and the delivery address.
Delivery
The artwork will be shipped to the customer after the artwork and any shipping costs have been paid in full. The commissioned work can be picked up from Ylöjärvi, Finland, by a separate agreement, or it is delivered via post, courier, etc. S Rajala Art chooses the shipping method. The estimated delivery time in Europe is 3-10 working days and elsewhere 8-16 working days.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or damages not attributable to us.
Right of cancellation and return
There is no right of return for commissioned work.
The order can be cancelled at any time by email. In this case, work on the artwork ends immediately and there is no need to pay any invoices that are open at that time. Any payments already made will not be refunded to the client (e.g. advance payment). The artwork remains in the possession of S Rajala Art.
Copyright
The copyright of the commissioned work remains with the artist.
The copyright of the images used as references remains with the photographer of each image.
